Frequently asked

What people ask us most

  • Is there a minimum order?

No, there is no minimum. Pricing takes quantity into account through tiers, from 1–12 pieces up to 500 and above.

  • How many colours can I print?

From 1 to 8 colours per marking area in screen printing. Beyond that, or for full-colour and simulated process artwork, write to us: these jobs are priced case by case.

  • Can any garment be embroidered?

Embroidery requires a fabric of at least 170 gsm. Below that the result falls short, so the configurator automatically disables the option on lighter garments.

  • How long will delivery take?

Lead time depends on quantity, technique and fabric availability. It is confirmed with your quote.

  • What file should I send?

A vector file preferably (SVG, AI, EPS, PDF). Otherwise a high-resolution PNG on a transparent background. 20 MB maximum.
