Terms of sale

Last updated: 15 September 2026

Purpose

These terms govern the screen-printing, embroidery and transfer services provided by BLACKSHEEP SERIGRAPHIE on garments, for business and private customers alike.

Quotes and orders

The configurator lets you send a quote request. A request is not an order and binds neither party.

Every request results in a priced quote sent by email, stating the price, quantity, techniques, marking placements and the applicable production lead time.

The order becomes firm once the customer accepts the quote and the agreed payment is received.

Pricing

Prices are set case by case, based on quantity, garment, technique, number of colours and number of marking placements.

No price is displayed automatically on the site: every quote is prepared by the workshop.

Prices are in euros. The applicable VAT regime is stated on the quote.

Customer artwork

The customer supplies artwork in a usable format: vector files preferably (SVG, AI, EPS, PDF), or a high-resolution raster image on a transparent background.

The customer warrants that they hold the rights to the artwork supplied and indemnifies the publisher against any third-party claim in this respect.

A proof is submitted before production starts. Approving the proof binds the customer to the rendering.

Lead times

The production lead time is stated on the quote. It starts once the proof is approved and payment received.

Lead times depend on garment availability from suppliers. A supply delay does not give rise to cancellation or compensation.

Payment

Payment is made directly to the workshop, as stated on the quote. No payment is requested or collected on the website.

Production starts once payment is received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Manufacturing tolerances

Screen printing and embroidery are craft processes. A placement tolerance of plus or minus 1 cm and slight ink shade variation are inherent to these techniques and do not constitute a defect.

A quantity tolerance of plus or minus 2 % may apply to runs above 100 pieces.

Personalisation and right of withdrawal

Under article L221-28 of the French consumer code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.

Items marked to order are therefore neither returnable nor exchangeable, except in case of a manufacturing defect.

Claims

Any claim must be sent within 8 days of receipt, by email to contact@blacksheepserigraphie.com, together with photographs of the defect.

Where a manufacturing defect is established, the publisher replaces the affected items.

Consumer mediation

For consumers, where a dispute cannot be settled amicably, a consumer mediator may be called upon.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, disputes fall to the competent French courts.
